1. General

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Grind Force Limited website (grindforce.co) and the provision of our concrete grinding and polishing services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided by Grind Force Limited are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from those observed during the initial inspection. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

3. Services

Grind Force Limited provides concrete grinding, polishing, and related floor preparation services. We will carry out all work with reasonable skill and care, using appropriate equipment and materials.

Results may vary depending on the existing condition, age, and composition of the concrete slab. We will advise you of any limitations or potential issues identified during assessment, but cannot guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes where the condition of the existing concrete is a determining factor.

4. Site Access and Preparation

The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. This includes ensuring the area is cleared of furniture, personal belongings, and other obstructions prior to the scheduled start date. Any delays caused by inadequate site preparation may result in additional charges.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified on each individual quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on completion of work. We may require a deposit for larger projects. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee to cover preparation and scheduling costs.

7. Liability

Grind Force Limited will take all reasonable care during the execution of work. However, we shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing defects, cracks, or damage in the concrete that may become more visible after grinding or polishing
• Variations in colour, aggregate exposure, or finish that result from the natural characteristics of the concrete
• Damage to underground services, pipes, or wiring not disclosed prior to work commencing
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from our services

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other New Zealand legislation that cannot be excluded by agreement.

8. Health and Safety

We comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and take all reasonable steps to ensure a safe working environment. The client agrees to inform us of any known hazards on site before work begins.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Grind Force Limited and is protected by New Zealand copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our written permission.

10. Website Use

This website is provided for general information and enquiry purposes.
